The customer must inform us immediately of any change to travel details after the process starts.

Fees are stated before any procedure begins. Official fees paid to the authorities are non-refundable after filing.

Never send any amount before confirming the account details with us directly on our official numbers.

Published timelines are estimates affected by season and by the authorities’ procedures; they are not a contractual commitment to a specific date.
